Weird, wonderful games with a sting of magic.

Hand-painted art and pop-surrealist charm, made to play. Our first game, a tarot card game, is brewing in the comb right now.

Tarot Card GameCOMING SOON FROM HIVELAND GAMES

Our first game is a tarot card game dealt from the Hive deck: shuffle, draw, and find out what the bees have to say about your day.

It's in development now. Every card is a little painting, and every reading comes with plenty of honey puns.

  • Hand-painted cards
  • Real Hive artists
  • Bee-themed readings

The studio

Born in a gallery, built to play.

Hiveland Games is the games label of The Hive Gallery & Studios, home of pop-surrealism and lowbrow art. We make games that look like they escaped from a gallery wall: colorful, a little strange, full of artists' handiwork, and a lot of fun to play.

Art first

Real artists, real paintings. Every screen should feel like it belongs on a wall.

Play first

Bouncy, tactile, a little mischievous. If it isn't fun to tap, it isn't done.

Made in the hive

Built alongside the gallery and studios, by and with the artists we love.
